Frame a Corner Hutch Design

Corner hutch – A dresser is a type of storage unit that incorporates two drawers or cabinets and open shelves. It is often used in the kitchen, a corner cupboard is a convenient place to store Chinese dishes extra-special occasion or place. If you could use a little extra storage space in your home, consider building your own corner hutch. In order to complete this project, you must first frame the unit using some form of durable material such construction as hardwood or plywood. Once you have completed the chart, you can customize the cabin to suit your needs.

Classic Corner Hutch

Measure the height of the wall where you will install your hutch corner. Place the end of the tape measure around the corner and outward along the wall to determine the depth of the side panels of the corner hutch. Use a stud finder to locate the wall studs. Mark the position of the studs in the wall with a pencil. Cut two pieces of plywood 1/2 inch to the wall height and depth of the side panels as determined. Measure the distance between the inner edges of the two side panels to find the width of its hutch corner.

Cut two triangles of 1/2-inch plywood using the depth of the side panels as measured by both sides and the width of the car as far to the third side. Move the two side wall panels, keeping them upright in the same position at a 90 degree angle are formed by the interior angle. Place the newly built frame on the floor so one of the side panels is level with the ground and the other is vertical. Slide the top panel in place at one end of L – shaped frame and place the bottom panel at the other end.
